Read the product guidance

Follow the product page and supplied instructions for setup, weight, cleaning, food contact, temperature limits, and storage. Confirm that all parts are secure before carrying or using an item.

Outdoor placement

Choose stable ground away from traffic, cliffs, open flames, hot grills, sharp objects, and other hazards. Secure lightweight items in windy conditions and supervise children around straps, frames, utensils, and small components.

Cleaning and storage

Remove food and spills promptly. Clean according to the stated material guidance, allow all components to dry fully, and store in a clean, ventilated place. Avoid bleach, abrasive tools, machine washing, or dishwashing unless expressly permitted.

Insulated and food-storage products

Pre-chill items where appropriate, minimize opening time, and follow safe food-handling practices. A picnic product is not a substitute for temperature monitoring or food-safety judgment, and cooling duration varies with ambient conditions and use.

Product concerns

Report a suspected manufacturing defect with proof of purchase and clear photographs or video. Normal wear, stains, punctures, fading, improper cleaning, overload, accidental damage, weather exposure, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair are not manufacturing defects.

Possible solutions

After assessment, we may provide care guidance, a replacement component, replacement goods, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
