Agreement and eligibility

Using this website or placing an order means accepting these terms and the linked policies. Customers must have legal capacity to transact and provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information.

Product presentation

We make reasonable efforts to describe picnic products, materials, dimensions, capacities, colors, included pieces, and intended use accurately. Screen rendering, lighting, textiles, natural materials, and production batches may create reasonable variation.

Performance and intended use

Water resistance, insulation duration, load capacity, food-contact suitability, heat resistance, and other performance characteristics apply only when expressly stated on the relevant product page. Actual results may depend on weather, ambient temperature, packing method, frequency of opening, care, and use.

Order acceptance

An automatic confirmation shows that an order reached our system but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit, decline, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or delivery limitation. Captured amounts for canceled goods will be returned.

Website conduct

Users must not introduce harmful code, defeat safeguards, impersonate others, abuse checkout, interfere with operations, extract protected content without permission, or use the site unlawfully.

Independent services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked websites control their own systems and terms. Loravic does not guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

Liability and statutory rights

Within the limits allowed by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Operator and severability

The store is operated by Zhengzhou Shaodong Trading Co., Ltd.. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues in effect.
