Preparation before dispatch

Most paid orders are prepared within one to three business days. Inventory checks, payment review, protective packing, seasonal demand, or public holidays can require more time.

Shipping charges

For supported destinations, Fast shipping costs $5.99 USD on eligible order subtotals from $0.00 through $44.99 USD. Free shipping applies to eligible subtotals of $45.00 USD or more. The option shown at checkout for the selected destination controls the order.

Transit expectations

Delivery estimates start after dispatch and are not guarantees. Carrier networks, customs processing, severe weather, regional disruption, and other conditions outside reasonable control may affect arrival.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking is supplied when the carrier makes it available. Customers should check the delivery details entered at checkout, monitor updates, and inspect the parcel promptly after receipt.

Cross-border costs

Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or similar destination fees may be collected by local authorities or carriers. Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for those charges.

A parcel that needs attention

For delay, loss, visible damage, missing components, or an incorrect product, retain the packaging and send the order number, tracking information, and useful photographs. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate next step.
