Order Changes & Cancellations

Act before packing

Contact us immediately if the picnic product, option, quantity, or delivery information is incorrect. A change is possible only while fulfillment can still be interrupted safely.

Customer cancellation

We will try to cancel an order that has not entered packing or dispatch. If fulfillment has progressed too far to stop, the customer may need to receive the parcel and use the return procedure.

Cancellation by Loravic

We may cancel for unavailable inventory, a clear pricing error, failed payment review, suspected misuse, shipping restriction, or legal requirement. Captured payment for canceled goods will be refunded.

Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for accurate checkout information. Where permitted by law, carrier rerouting, return-to-sender, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
